Please click to accept the Terms & Conditions of repair.. 1. **Authorisation and ownership** – I certify that I am the legal owner or authorised agent of the equipment listed above. I authorise Netherton Computer Services to assess and perform the repairs or services described. 2. **Unforeseen issues** – I understand that computer repairs can uncover additional faults or cause unintended side effects (for example, virus removal may corrupt installed software). If new problems or costs arise during the repair, I will be contacted for approval before work continues. Netherton Computer Services’ liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the repair 3. **Data loss** – Data can be lost during any repair or upgrade. I am responsible for backing up all important data before leaving my equipment for repair. Netherton Computer Services will not accept liability for loss, corruption or recovery of data. 4. **Personal data** – Technicians will only access files necessary to perform the requested work and will not intentionally browse personal information. However, I understand that sensitive files may be inadvertently viewed during the course of the repair. I should remove or secure any private data before handing over my device. 5. **Abandonment** – If I do not collect my equipment within 60 days of being notified that the repair is complete, the equipment may be treated as abandoned and disposed of. I will remain responsible for any outstanding charges. 6. **Warranties and third‑party software** – Some repairs may void manufacturer warranties. I agree that Netherton Computer Services is not liable for voiding any existing warranty. I will supply any software licences and installation media needed. Only legally licensed software will be installed. 7. **Payment** – Payment for labour and parts is due when services are completed. Diagnostic or inspection fees are non‑refundable. Estimates given before work begins are best guesses and are not guaranteed. 8. **Limitation of liability** – Except for damages caused by proven negligence, Netherton Computer Services’ maximum liability to me will not exceed the amount I pay for the repair. The company will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits or data, arising from the repair. .By accepting below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the terms above. I release Netherton Computer Services and its technicians from any liability for data loss or other damages described herein and authorise the work to proceed.
